Arancino, or Arancina, (in Sicilian Arancinu or Arancina) is a specialty of Sicilian cuisine.
It is a ball or a cone of breaded and fried rice, of a diameter of 8-10 cm, usually stuffed with sauerkraut, peas and caciocavallo, or dadini of ham and roasted mozzarella. They are part of the Sicilian street food specialties. Absolutely to be tried in every version!
