All customers of the Cagliari restaurant will feel at home, thanks to a spartan environment, with sober furnishings, white marble tables without tablecloths in the style of old sailors, paper napkins and wooden chairs. The service is simple, not at all formal, but always cordial and polite, despite the uninterrupted rushes of the waiters between one order and another.
