The snails stuffed alla sassarese are very popular and renowned in the cuisine of the Sardinians, in fact they demonstrate the many recipes with which they are cooked. Roasted, grilled, sautéed in a pan with garlic, parsley and breadcrumbs, boiled in water and garlic, stuffed with the sauce as in our recipe, are a dish always present in Sardinian gastronomy. The stuffed snails or "coccoi a pienu", are very tasty and tasty, are easily found after the rains, in fact in the countryside there are real collectors of these molluscs of land.
