Medieval castle built on the rock and partly also inside it. It dominates the city of Sperlinga from above as it was built around 1082 on the Nebrodi mountains.
You will enter the castle via a stepped ramp built with local stones. You will see entire environments such as prisons and horse riding dug directly into the rock.
