Although we are on an island, the cuisine of Sa Domu Sarda is not only, nor mainly, that of the sea. The archaic one is the cuisine of shepherds and farmers: meat, tasty cheeses, varieties of ancient flours and breads of the most disparate shapes, desserts based on cheese, almonds and honey, preparations that recall the aromas and scents of the Mediterranean scrub.
