Monte Grande of Agrigento is the eastern promontory formed by white limestone. Punta Bianca is a beautiful and wild rocky outcrop that juts out into the sea.
The peculiarity of this beach is certainly given by the unique transparency that the limestone rock manages to create by degrading into the water, making a sea that has always been characterized by almost exotic colors even more suggestive. The people of Agrigento themselves define it as "heavenly", due to the lunar atmospheres that the white limestone manages to create.
