The archaeological park is considered the most impressive in Europe. You will find the colossal remains of the Greek colony of Selinunte. The name of the colony derives from a quality of wild parsley that still grows spontaneously there.
You will be able to visit altars, sanctuaries and get lost in an acropolis destined for the deities. At the top of the hill you will be able to see the Doric temples and on the river valley the particular sanctuary of Malaphoros, dedicated to Demeter, whose cult was widespread in Sicily.
