Inaugurated in 2006, the Kurrsaal is housed inside the Tonnara Bordonaro in Palermo, dating back to the 14th century, and is a very special bar-restaurant where you can eat with a 5-star panorama. And there is also a small museum.
The restaurant has two bars, one outside, with the suggestive shape of a boat, and one inside, equipped with a small lounge, overlooking the sea. The Kursaal Tonnara is an excellent restaurant divided into three different areas: you can dine both inside the tuna fishery and in the citrus garden and if you want to admire the splendid panorama of the beach, you can book a table on the terrace. Inside the complex is the marfaraggio containing what remains of the ancient tuna fishing boats. A curiosity is that some scenes of the "Gattopardo" were actually filmed in the place where you are having dinner.
