Emporio is a village that stands on the slopes of the mountain of the Prophet Elijah. Since the last census in 2011, the community has 3085 permanent inhabitants, including the villages of Perissa, Agios Georgios and Exomytis. Emporio as well as offering a magnificent view of the east coast, has picturesque streets.
