If you want to eat in an old-fashioned place, you can go to Gino's, opposite the Parliament. The rooms are not very different from those of the beginning, in 1963, and the old paintings and prints on the walls with a few sentences painted in Roman dialect help to create the suggestion of a once-in-a-lifetime tavern.
A sensation of cooking at times not very different from that of home, the staff carries out the job with the idea of making the customer feel good, whether he is a regular, an occasional guest or a foreign tourist. The Roman artichoke cooked – and seasoned – to perfection is highly recommended.
