The Miami Zoo is an animal park and garden near Miami and the largest and oldest zoo in Florida.
It was built in 1948 from an area of 48 acres, but over time it has expanded more and more, increasing to about 750 acres. Inside you will find animals from Africa, Asia and Australia, all this is possible thanks to the favorable temperatures typical of Florida. The zoo is home to around 1,000 types of plants and 3,000 different animals, each categorized according to the country they come from.
