Peschiera del Garda is an Italian town of 10465 inhabitants in the province of Verona. This town is located about 25 kilometers west of Verona, and faces south of Lake Garda in an area sheltered from the winds. Two of the ancient settlements in the Alps are located in the municipality, since 2011 the city of Peschiera has been included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
