Museum of Contemporary Art Sydney

Very interesting place. If you like art or you are a creative person you should definitely visit this place. There is lot of information you can get and explore all the floors. And on top floor there is a nice cafe.

Spent some quality time with my sister, gallery hopping. Inspiring displays by some impressive artists from all over the world. We particularly enjoyed the Sun Xun displays. We also went on a free guided tour with a very knowledgeable and engaging guide who made a really good impression. This is definitely one of our favourite museums as there is always something new to see and the location is pristine.

Very nice, free, but small art museum. Quaint cafe on the top floor with a great view of the Sydney Harbor. Interesting modern art exhibits and many local artists. Well worth checking out and takes maybe a couple hours at most to see everything.

„Contemporary art matters... It stimulates the imagination, creatively engages our senses and has the power to transform live...” (on their site). But, even they wrote such a sentence on their website... I'm a little bit disappointed because I don't know if I'll have enough money, enough time, enough power to go to this museum situated in the opposite part of the world and, if you'll see all their pictures from here, well, you'll discover nothing else than pictures ( a lot of pictures) of the building, of the products from the menu of the restaurant and so on, almost nothing about their exhibition, huh! But I gave them five stars because I've visited their site and there, wow, it's something different - maybe you'll have the curiosity to spend some time on those pages! Bravo! It looks to be a future destination for me!
