Accanto al "Harry Potter Shop at Platform 9 3/4" potrete scattare una foto con sciarpa e bacchetta, senza lasciarvi spaventare dalla coda! Il magico gift shop, progettato per somigliare negozio della bacchetta di Olivander dei libri, offre tutto ciò che un fan di Harry Potter può desiderare. Non tutti sanno che in realtà l’esterno utilizzato nei film è quello della vicina stazione di St. Pancras, che merita una visita per la sua maestosa architettura vittoriana.

Great station , classic architecture that has been relatively recently updated and upgraded + restored to maintain some of the Victorian glory. Really high ceilings, this place is tranquil even in times of busyness -and it can get very busy at times. This station takes you mainly up north eastern parts of the country from Cambridge to Scotland &everything in-between. Modern bit now with large covered area has a few shops (usual eateries, snackeries and a few clothes places). A lovely hotel with great restaurant sits just above/next to it (At pancreas) & also it's a short walk from a new square...which I want to call kings cross square but not sure. It's 3 min walk!

King's Cross railway is one of the largest and busiest railway stations in United Kingdom. The outstation terminal is well planned and has very good signage boards all over. We took the Virgin Transatlantic train to Edinburgh Waverly station from here.Kings cross is a beautiful train station filled with shops, restaurants and harry Potter fans :)It's a great station that's worth viviting even if you're not getting a train if not for the food for platform 9 and 3/4!The interior of this station is very spacious, quite a lot of space to move around. An information counter is provided for Network Rail customers. Self-service ticket machines are located next to it, for you to purchase tickets of Network Rail and Transport for London. You can reload your Oyster card as well. You have to pay for the toilets here (30 pence).

♿✔️ Very accessible, ramps and lifts with little to no stairs. Quite a lot of amenities in King's Cross, loads of information and signs posted everywhere to keep you going in the right direction as well! Easy to get to as pretty much all of the underground connects here. King's Cross is different to St Pancras, even though some do say the name as one they are different stations.
