The Antonio Pasqualino International Puppet Museum is a museum of popular traditions in Palermo, named after Antonio Pasqualino, who gathered the first nucleus of the collection of Sicilian puppets, puppets and marionettes from all over the world.
Enter the former hotel de France, a seventeenth-century building where you can read one of the three thousand volumes on the history of puppets and marionettes, you can also watch theatrical performances in the video library. But the characteristic feature of the museum is the collection of about three thousand five hundred string, stick and glove puppets as well as, of course, the Palermo, Catania and Neapolitan puppets.
