The restaurant Tre Galli is located in the heart of the Roman Quarter, one of the oldest areas of Turin. In 1997 it was among the first restaurants to open that initiated a major redevelopment of the area, now one of the most popular and pleasant of the city. The environment and informal atmosphere is reminiscent of a Parisian bistro, while the kitchen, coordinated by Chef Andrea Chiuni, has its roots in Piedmont tradition, reinterpreting it in a creative and refined way, using raw materials that highlight the Mediterranean flavors. Both winery and restaurant, Tre Galli is renowned for the excellence of its wine list that, with more than 1,200 labels, is one of the most substantial and noteworthy in the region.
