This restaurant, located in the suggestive Borgo Po district and with a perspective on the Gran Madre temple, is one of the longest-lived establishments in the city both in terms of age and tradition (1820). The cuisine is classic Turinese, with selected meats from the Piedmontese Fassone breed and Bue Grasso di Carrù. Here you can find the trolley of boiled meats, the Finanziera, the braised meat in Barolo and the sought-after Sambucano lamb.
