The Kursaal Congress Center and Auditorim, is located in Donostia-San Sebastián. It consists of several spaces, including the 1,800-seat concert hall, the Palacio de Congresos-Auditorio Kursaal, and is home to the largest film festival in Spain, the San Sebastian International Film Festival, which has been in operation since 1953. It was designed by the Spanish architect Rafael Moneo, who completed the work in 1999.
