La Concha is a sandy beach 250 meters long and 20 wide. The name "Concha" means shell and is due to the shape of the bay with the Isla de Santa Clara in the center which overall, seen from above, resembles a shell with a pearl. The beach has been elected among the twelve treasures of Spain and considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.
