The New Citadel, now called Giardino di Scotto or more simply Giardino Scotto, is an ancient fortress in Pisa. Called "new" to distinguish it from the older Citadel facing the sea, it is located at the opposite end of the Pisan walls, in Lungarno Fibonacci, on the southern bank of the Arno river, between the Vittoria bridge and the Fortezza bridge.
