The Brooklyn Bridge, built between 1869 and 1883, connects Manhattan to Brooklyn and is one of the most beautiful attractions to visit in New York.

Opened on May 24, 1883, it was undoubtedly one of the greatest engineering projects of the 19th century. The Brooklyn Bridge spans the East River between Brooklyn and Manhattan and was for a long time the largest suspension bridge in the world.
