This botanical garden is located in the Brooklyn neighborhood, and is considered by the New York Times to be the most important "natural" attraction in New York. What is surprising, in addition to the infinite variety of plants, are a series of different gardens within the garden itself. The mechanism looks like that of a Chinese matryoshka waiting to be discovered.
The botanical garden covers over twenty hectares of land and depending on the season of the year you can admire the different species of plants in full bloom. The most significant notes of the park are the Japanese garden, in which a pond has been recreated, with a small waterfall and a Shinto temple, surrounded by cherry trees and azaleas, and the bonsai museum. For many, the most exciting aspect of the BBG is the Shakespeare Garden, where you can see the plants mentioned by the immense sonnetist.
