Paragliding Paradise Sarangkot

Sarangkot is village which is located in Gandaki area. The village is located on Sarangkot mountain at an altitude of 1600 meters and is famous for its views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manaslu Himalayas and Pokhara city and Phewa lake. In recent years, Sarangkot has become a hotspot for paragliding.

At the time of the 1991 census, this town had a total population of 5060 with 1010 individual households.
