The Hanuman Dhoka is a complex of structures with the Royal Palace of the Malla kings and the Shah dynasty located in Durbar square in the historic center of Kathmandu in Nepal and spread over an area of 20,000 m2. Hanuman Dhoka Palace (Hanuman Dhoka Darbar in Nepali) takes its name from the stone image of Hanuman, the Hindu monkey god, which stands near the main entrance gate.
