Located in the Sanità district, it is one of the historic Neapolitan pastry shops: its laboratory opened its doors in 1920. In recent times it has had new great success thanks to its fantastic "snowflakes": these are brioches filled with cream based of cream, with variations with strawberries, pistachio and gianduia. Thousands of Fiocchi are baked every day and sold at the Sanità and in the new shop, opened in the Via Toledo area, in 2016. A true goodness that has made Pasticceria Poppella even more famous, already well known in the city for the other excellent sweets it produces such as the artisan doves, the nougat and the donuts of San Giuseppe.
