One of the symbolic places of Mykonos is Little Venice, the neighborhood is so called because the houses built along the water are reminiscent of those of Venice. Little Venice is made up of traditional multicolored houses, which belonged to wealthy merchants and captains in the 1700s, which give the impression of floating on the Aegean Sea. The sunset from this neighborhood is unique and unmissable: the waves are tinged with gold and break on the seafront while the sky is colored in shades from yellow to red.
