The Tretyakov Gallery is a museum in Moscow that houses the largest collection of Russian fine art in the world. The gallery was built between 1902 and 1904 south of the Kremlin, and later incorporated several surrounding buildings, including the 17th-century church of St. Nicholas. Nowadays the gallery has more than 100,000 works, including paintings, sculptures and other art objects.
