The Seven Sisters are a group of skyscrapers representative of the socialist period. These palaces were built between 1947 and 1957, combining Russian Baroque and Gothic styles.
The seven include: Hotel Ukraina, Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Apartments, the Kudrinskaya Square Building, the Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya Hotel, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Main Building, the Moscow State University Main Building, and the Red Gates Administration Building .
