Gorky Park is an amusement park located in the center of the city of Moscow, in memory of the writer Maxim Gorky. It was opened in 1928, merging the gardens of an old hospital with the Neskuchny Palace, and today covers an area of 1.2 km². People go to this park to play sports, relax or participate in one of the many events that are held daily.
