Raytrace

Temporary installation Milan, Italy

Go through Benjamin Hubert's Underwater Gallery Raytrace

A unique installation of its kind. The Spanish company Cosentino, specialized in "innovative surfaces of high value for the world of architecture and design", to present the new ultra-compact material Dekton®, has commissioned the award-winning British designer Benjamin Hubert, founder of Layers. This is where Raytrace was born..

Hence Raytrace, a 24-metre long triangular and underwater tunnel, which according to Hubert "will highlight the effects of light in architecture and the qualities of a revolutionary surface, such as the luminous aspect, the versatility and the possibility of use in monumental works.”
