Kapunto was born with the initial idea of creating a "pasta factory with kitchen" in which the entire production is carried out only and exclusively within their laboratory, thus guaranteeing maximum hygiene and quality of the products sold both fresh and cooked on site with traditional recipes for take-away tasting. Inside Kapunto it is possible to have a quick but quality meal. The restaurant evokes a typical environment of the historic shop specializing in fresh traditional pasta products of Mediterranean cuisine revisited in a modern key, combining the authenticity of the past with the technological needs of modern times.
