Kapunto was born with the initial idea of creating a "pasta factory with kitchen" in which the entire production is carried out only and exclusively within their laboratory, thus guaranteeing maximum hygiene and quality of the products sold both fresh and cooked on site with traditional recipes for take-away tasting.
