Gennaro, son of bakers for generations, decided to open his modern bakery here in the sixties, after the depopulation of the Sassi. Today the baton of this family tradition, which began at the end of the nineteenth century, has been taken up by his two daughters Patrizia and Sabrina who continue the ancient white art of bread with dedication and passion.
