Ossuccio is a town of pre-Roman origin that rises on Lake Como. In its hamlet of Ospedaletto rises the well-known bell tower of the church of Santa Maria Maddalena. On the Sacro Monte, above the village of Ossuccio, the 16th century Sanctuary of the Vergine del Soccorso preserves a venerated statue of the Virgin.
