Kyoto Railway Museum

It is a railway museum near Kyoto. It opened in 1972 under the name of the steam locomotive museum, but following some modifications and extensions implemented in 2016 it took on the name it currently uses. The museum exhibits a total of 53 trains, and for each of them, visitors can observe its inner workings. Inside you will also find interactive exhibitions, where you can simulate driving a train.
