Hampton Court Palace è un palazzo reale, situato nel distretto londinese di Richmond sulla riva del Tamigi. Il parco è sede tutti gli anni di importanti manifestazioni come l'Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, l'esposizione floreale più grande al mondo.

Dimora di Enrico VIII che lo arricchì di numerose sale e fece costruire un giardino iperiale con un labirinto in cui e quasi impossibile non perdersi, non mancano laghetti e fontane. Portò al palazzo ben 400 dipinti, tra cui tutta la serie del Mantegna ‘I trionfi di Cesare’ che potete vedere anche ora. Una vera chicca è l'orologio astronomico del 1540 dedicato alla sua seconda moglie. Queste sono solo briciole del patrimonio che andrete a visitare.

There is so much to see and learn about at Hampton Court Palace! The castle itself is amazing, the exhibits and staff are wonderful. The grounds and gardens are great too. It's a place that you can visit multiple times and not get bored. My three kids (2, 8 and 11) enjoyed it as well--very kid-friendly! Like

Magic Gardens play area is a fabulous place to go to on an afternoon after school. The last hour for me is just enough time for the children to enjoy it and also allows us the time to get home for dinner or even consider having a picnic in the grounds. The play area itself is fabulous. It's filled with a whole range of equipment that allows children from very young to middle primary a chance to have a good time . Saying that, lots of adults have had fun down the unoffocial slide that is also the little mound topped with artificial grass. Paying to go each time is costly but with annual membership, well worth it.
