The Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Garden is one of the oldest zoological and botanical centers in the world. It occupies an area of 5.6 hectares at medium levels, on the northern slope of Victoria Peak in Hong Kong. This garden houses more than 1000 plant species (mainly tropical and subtropical); and are over 600 birds, 70 mammals and 40 reptiles. The Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Garden offers a natural environment and a unique atmosphere.
