To sit at Ugo's it is better to book, as it is always very crowded. The location is strategic, in an alleyway a few steps from the Duomo and not far from the Old Port. On the menu, in rotation, traditional dishes with some must-haves that deserve to be tasted, such as tripe alla Genovese, minestrone, stuffed anchovies, fried fish or cuttlefish alla Ugo. To these is added pesto, as an accompaniment to green fettuccine made with spinach or the classic trofie, both served with potatoes and green beans.
