Old school restaurant that has been able to keep up with the times, the Mangiabuono. Without too many frills, informal and with a couple of strong points beyond the cuisine: the tables along the caruggio during the summer and a well-stocked wine list for that of an osteria. Typical dishes on the menu, made ad hoc to explore the memory of the Genoese gastronomic tradition, from trofie or gnocchi with pesto to cappon magro, from the top to stuffed lettuce in broth to liver all'aggiadda.
