A stone's throw from Piazza De Ferrari, in an alleyway that descends towards the maze of streets in the historic centre, since 2010 there is the Trattoria Rosmarino. Born from the collaboration between Alessandro Massone, in the kitchen, and Felice Zingarelli who takes care of the dining room, in just a few years the restaurant has managed to gain a place among the best places to savor typical Genoese cuisine. The common thread is tradition, slightly revisited and made to coexist with reductions, velvety and non-trivial or obvious crunchiness.
