Parque Natural De Ses Salines

One of the natural wonders of Formentera is the Ses Salines Reserve, in the north of the island. Once the salt pans were the first economic resource of the island, while today they have a purely touristic value. They deserve a visit especially in certain periods of the year, usually in late summer, when due to the crystallization process of the salt, the pools take on a strange pink colour, forming an almost lunar landscape.
