The Vasari Corridor is an elevated path about 1 km long that connects Palazzo Vecchio with Palazzo Pitti passing through the Uffizi, above the Ponte Vecchio.
One of the most striking things about the Vasari Corridor, in addition to the pleasantness of the works on display, is its elevated and absolutely privileged position, which allows you to cross some of the most beautiful points of the historic center of Florence by practically walking on the heads of Florentines and tourists on the street. In some sections of the Corridor the sensation of almost spying on people in the street is even greater thanks to the small views and windows, which look both on the side of the historic center and on the Arno river
