Buca Lapi is the oldest restaurant in the city. The dishes recall the authentic flavors of ancient Tuscan cuisine such as hot croutons, ribollita, homemade pasta, wild boar with polenta, tripe pan or fried food, just to name a few. And then the thick steak, well cooked on the outside, soft and warm on the inside, cooked over soft charcoal and drizzled with Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil.
