Opened in 1973, commissioned by department store Sears Roebuck and Co, and under the name Sears Tower, it was the tallest tower until 1998. The building consists of 110 actual floors. On floor number 103 it is possible to visit the panoramic view "Skydeck", on balconies built entirely of glass and suspended in the air. As far as the external aspect is concerned, the bronze color of the windows is dominant.
