Visit Colossus of Ramesses II

The Egyptian Pharaoh Ramses II (1279 BCE - 1213 BCE) had several giants of himself erected over the territory of ancient Egypt. Of these, the most famous are certainly those that adorn the entrance of the main temple to Abu Simbel, in addition to that placed for a long time in the square of the Cairo station (and later transferred to the Grand Egyptian Museum) and the one preserved, lying Menfi.
