The Barcelona design museum is a museum dedicated to objects, decorative arts and design which is located inside the Disseny Hub Barcelona building. It brings together in a single space the collections from four museums in the city: the Museu de les Arts Decoratives, the Museu de Ceramica, the Museu Tèxtil i de la Indumentària and the Gabinet de les Arts Gràfiques.
Designed by MBM Arquitectes, the museum opened in December 2014. The exhibition space is spread over 6,000 m2 of rooms, where you can admire around 70,000 pieces from different eras.
