It was 1954 when Erminio and Mariola began their adventure, proposing a simple and genuine cuisine, giving rise to what is now called the Trattoria "da Erminio". Today they are in their third generation, anchored to tradition, to the goodness, to the freshness of the food, maintaining that kindness towards the customer that has always distinguished them.
